What's the Big Idea?
What do successful companies have in common? As a lifetime entrepreneur, I've been blessed to be involved in four different startup companies...each becoming a leader in its niche. I like to think I learned a lot along the way. Also, over the years, I've read many books, sharing the experiences of many men and women who launched successful companies; Howard Schultz (Starbucks), Fred Smith (Fed Ex), Debbie Fields (Mrs. Fields Cookies), Herb Kelleher (Southwest Airlines), Mary Kay Ash (Mary Kay Cosmetics) and Ray Kroc (McDonalds)...to name a few.
Again, what were the keys to their success? What did each company have in common? To discover the ten keys to business success, please enjoy this 3 minute movie and don't forget to share it with friends and co-workers.
